Are you concerned about the oil trains rumbling through Ballard?

Please join a public forum at the Sunset Hill Community Association on Wednesday, September 20 at 7:00 pm: “Oil Trains…& More” about the trains carrying highly flammable substances through Seattle, along Shilshole Bay and beyond. Representatives from the City of Seattle, Seattle Fire Department, King County Emergency Management, and the Sierra Club will address safety, emergency response, and political aspects of oil trains. There will also be a discussion of other major fossil fuel projects planned in the Pacific Northwest.
